The Everyday Innovator Framework is a practical six-module program designed to help producers and regional innovators build confidence in turning ideas, challenges and opportunities into action. You do not need a fully formed idea to participate. The framework will help you notice opportunities, define the real problem, explore possible pathways, test assumptions, understand the support available around you, and identify practical next steps. There are three equally valid pathways - USE, SHARE or COMMERCIALISE - and your pathway can change as you learn more. Work through the modules in order and use your Everyday Innovator Workbook to capture your thinking, connections and action plan as you go.
